Welcome to our very first posting at the Mike and Bird blog. We are very new to this so we thank you for your patience and grace.
We wanted to set up a blog to let our friends and supporters have a place to find an update on what we are doing and how the progress of our return to Germany is coming along.
Right now we are building a missionary support team (MST) who will help us in fundraising and support while overseas. We only have one position available. So we are extremely thankful to those who have given their time and efforts to the project. You know who you are. Unfortunately we are still in need of a chairperson to head he team.
Currently we are wrapping up work on a flashy pamphlet and presentation for fundraising. Soon letters will be going out asking for support.
Among all this we are anticipating the arrival of our first little one at any moment. Please keep that in prayer. Of course we are very anxious to meet him/her.
